Order Policies

Required Notice


We require a minimum of 3 days notice for all orders. For events and catering we require a minimum of
7 days notice.


We reserve the right to change the minimum order time frame or pre-order product availability at any
given time. We tend to do this around the holiday seasons (Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter) so we
strongly encourage ordering well in advance around these times of the year.
Please note: Doughnuts must be ordered in a minimum of 1/2 a dozen. Breads must be ordered in
minimum of two loafs. All individual items must be ordered in a minimum of six per flavour.


Refunds and Cancellations
 

If you would like to cancel your order for a refund, the cancellation must be made at least 3-days prior
to your pickup or delivery date. We will not be issuing refunds for orders cancelled within the 3-day
period.


If you would like to cancel a custom order, the cancellation must be made at least 7-days prior to your
pickup or delivery date. We will not be issuing refunds for these custom orders cancelled within the 7-
day period.


We require a minimum of 3 days lead time (payment and final confirmation email received by 2pm, 3
days before pickup date) for all orders.

 


Delivery


Yes, we deliver! If you are in the Ottawa and Gatineau area, we can deliver directly to your door.
Delivery is a flat rate of $10.95 + tax).


On the day of delivery please be home between XXXXXXX (Subject to change). When we arrive, we will
place the package on your porch and then knock or ring the doorbell for you to pick up. If you are in an
apartment, we will call you on arrival and you need to come outside to pick it up as soon as possible. We
will not be going inside any buildings. 


Once your package is dropped off, we cannot accept any liability for loss of product and/or damage.
 

Payments


All orders require payment in full prior to pick up unless told otherwise. Custom orders are
required to be paid in full at least a week in advance or may require a non-refundable deposit to
hold your date. You will receive an invoice that can be paid online and has your due date. Please
read everything thoroughly before paying so we can make any adjustments required. Any changes
made after a paid invoice may not be accepted.

 


Smaller or non-custom orders are required to be paid in full at time of placing the order.
We accept, cash e-transfers, debits or credit card, checks are only accepted if received at least 2
weeks before your event. We use Stripe for all our debit, credit card processing and invoicing.
